Duties and responsibilities Oversee the daily schedule of Early Intervention/ABA programs Run circle time and setup group activities daily Supervise EI Program Assistants ensuring that they are providing breaks and cleaning the center as directed Implement and regulate safety and health protocols for Covid-19 as outlined in the Dream Guide Ensure that center therapists are following the daily schedule and implementing services as written in their individualized treatment plans Ensure that therapists are keeping children engaged and that all time spent at center is goal directed and clinically appropriate Oversee drop off and pick up procedures to ensure that transitions are positive, parents are communicated with, timesheets signed and safety protocols are implemented Provide feedback to Behavior Consultants and BCBA's on the implementation of services, therapist performance, behavior challenges Provide assistance when a child is engaging in a challenging behavior that requires more than one person Ensure that all therapists receive their ten minute break and provide breaks when needed Order supplies and maintain backstock to ensure at least one month of supplies is on hand Administer first aid to clients and staff when needed Conduct disaster drills and ensure that all disaster preparedness plans are followed, that supplies are sufficient and emergency cards are on file Ensure that all staff are following safety protocols and report any injuries to Directors and case specific clinical staff Evaluate therapist performance through the annual performance review Provides regular feedback and recognizes staff achievements through Bonusly Maintain brand consistency by adhering to Dream Big branding, color and aesthetic look throughout center Ensure that the center always maintains cleanliness, organization and brand consistency Ensure that the facility maintains physical appearance and work with maintenance staff as needed Hire, train and supervise EI Program Assistants and ensure that each staff member is striving for excellence Represent Dream Big and exemplify the standards of excellence that are at our core Qualifications At least two years of experience in providing administrative support At least two years of experience with customer service Experience with children, preferably children with autism Training in Applied Behavior Analysis Physical requirements Lifting 20 pounds maximum with occasional lifting and/or carrying objects up to 10 pounds.
