Duties Provide strategic leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality early childhood education aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements Develop and implement curriculum plans that promote childhood development across emotional, social, cognitive, physical, communication, and academic domains Manage center operations including budgeting, staffing, enrollment, and compliance with legal and safety standards Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff to enhance instructional leadership and pedagogical skills Oversee personnel management including supervising staff performance evaluations, recruitment, training, and team leadership Lead fundraising initiatives and community outreach efforts to support program sustainability and growth Ensure adherence to all educational regulations, licensing standards, and health & safety protocols Skills Extensive experience in school administrative leadership with a focus on early childhood education or K-12 settings Proven expertise in curriculum development tailored for young children Strong management skills including budgeting, personnel supervision, and strategic planning Knowledge of educational compliance laws such as special education law and childhood development regulations Skilled in facilitating professional development for educators and conducting faculty evaluations Excellent public speaking abilities to engage families, staff, and community stakeholders Demonstrated leadership in managing school programs with a focus on instructional excellence and operational efficiency Join us to lead a passionate team dedicated to shaping young minds in a vibrant learning environment!
