You should be someone who can walk into a classroom and connect with a three-year-old, sit down with a teacher and coach them through a challenge, speak confidently with a prospective parent on a tour, and work with leadership to develop a strategy for increasing enrollment. You are comfortable being hands-on rather than purely administrative.
