Duties Ensure classrooms meet developmental standards and foster early childhood growth. Oversee daily center operations, including staff supervision, classroom management, and compliance with licensing regulations. Facilitate professional development for staff to promote instructional leadership, instructional best practices, and ongoing growth. Promote a positive school culture through effective team leadership, and fostering a collaborative environment. Maintain comprehensive records related to educational compliance, personnel management, and program outcomes. Qualifications Proven experience in school administrative leadership within early childhood Strong background in curriculum development, instructional leadership in education, and classroom experience with young children. Excellent communication skills Experience facilitating professional development sessions focused on early childhood education topics. Skills in managing teams with a focus on leadership, motivation, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
