In this role, you'll collaborate closely with both the school principal and the Special Education Director to provide targeted behavioral support. Desired Qualifications:

Active or prior RBT certification required (cannot be in training; no BCBA supervision provided) At least two years of direct classroom experience in a public school setting (training or private facilities do not qualify) Experience working with elementary-age children with autism Strong communication and collaboration skills Proven flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Reliable transportation for consistent attendance

Key Responsibilities:
