Who We're Looking For FHE Health is seeking an experienced Director of Call Center Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for our Admissions Department Call Center. We are seeking an accomplished healthcare leader with extensive experience managing behavioral health admissions call center operations within a substance use disorder treatment center, psychiatric hospital, residential treatment center, or behavioral healthcare organization. This leader will oversee the operational performance of the Admissions Call Center, ensuring individuals seeking treatment receive compassionate, timely, and professional assistance while driving inquiry conversion, patient access, operational excellence, and census growth. To be considered, candidates must have: Behavioral Health Leadership Experience is Required A minimum of five years of leadership experience managing admissions, intake, patient access, or admissions call center operations within a behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, psychiatric hospital, or residential treatment organization. Strong knowledge of behavioral health admissions workflows, insurance verification, utilization review, patient placement, and referral management. Experience using KPIs, dashboards, and operational metrics to improve admissions performance and inquiry conversion. Knowledge of HIPAA, Joint Commission, CARF, AHCA, and DCF standards. Candidates whose experience is limited to retail, financial services, telecommunications, hospitality, insurance, or non-healthcare call centers will not meet the qualifications for this position.
