The position of Preschool Director was created to help delegate and execute academic and administrative tasks with Head of Academics, School staff and Corporate staff team members. The Director ensures a balance between academic deadlines, curricular and educational activities. The Director works seamlessly with Curriculum Coordinator for aligning the academic program with the Tiniciti educational model as defined by the internal mission statement and experiential education model.

Qualifications:

1. A high school diploma or high school equivalent diploma 2. N.A.C., C.D.A., C.C.P., or C.P.C. or Credential 3. A minimum of 24 credit hours from an accredited college or university. 4. An associate degree in early childhood education, child development or AND Six months closely related field. 5. Maybe Bachelors degree in early childhood education, child development or AND Three months closely related field.
