Job Description
As Site Director at Ocoee Elementary with KinderCare, you will lead a high-quality early childhood education program within a school-based setting. You'll oversee daily center operations, ensure licensing and safety compliance, manage budgets, and supervise and coach teachers and support staff. You will collaborate with school partners and families, implement engaging, developmentally appropriate curricula, and foster an inclusive, nurturing environment. This role combines instructional leadership, operational management, and community building, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
