Duties Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of age-appropriate curriculum aligned with educational standards and childhood development best practices. Manage and supervise preschool staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment. Oversee daily preschool operations, ensuring smooth functioning, safety protocols, and adherence to licensing regulations and educational compliance laws. Maintain thorough documentation related to licensing compliance, safety procedures, and personnel records. Experience Proven experience in school administrative leadership within early childhood or preschool settings; minimum of several years managing preschool or K-12 programs. Extensive knowledge of curriculum development tailored for early childhood education as well as familiarity with special education law applicable to young children. Strong background in personnel management including supervising teachers, and facilitating professional development. Experience in educational compliance and regulation adherence related to preschool licensing standards and legal requirements for childhood education. Knowledge of childhood development principles coupled with hands-on classroom experience working directly with young children across diverse learning needs. Exceptional management skills combined with a passion for early childhood education that inspires staff excellence and promotes a nurturing learning environment.
