DCF Safety & Compliance:

Ensure full adherence to DCF regulations; maintain documentation, inspections, ratios, and incident reporting.

Enrollment & Leads:

Own the pipeline from inquiry to start date; facilitate tours and manage the waitlist to meet enrollment goals.

Operations, Licensing & Accreditation:

Oversee daily operations; uphold licensing requirements and accreditation standards; manage audits and renewals.

Staff Leadership & Management:

Recruit, schedule, coach, and evaluate staff; drive accountability, professional development, and a positive culture.

Family Experience & Satisfaction:

Lead clear, timely communication; resolve concerns; sustain high satisfaction and retention.

Health, Cleaning & Sanitation:

Implement and monitor cleaning protocols, food program standards, and classroom health practices.

Software & Systems Management:

Utilize digital platforms for enrollment, attendance, staff scheduling, parent communication, and compliance tracking.

Opening & Closing Responsibilities:

Perform opening and closing duties for the center. Under licensing requirements, the designated opener/closer must meet the minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

Essential Qualifications:

Florida Director's Credential

REQUIRED

Must meet the legal minimum age requirement of 25 years old. Minimum 1 year of childcare management experience required. Minimum 2 years of overall childcare/teaching experience required. CPR/First Aid Certified.

Tech-Savvy:

High proficiency in (or ability to quickly master) center management software, scheduling platforms, and digital communication tools.

Pay:

$59,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year
