About the Role The Goddard School is looking for a Preschool Director to join our leadership team. You'll help run the school: keeping it safe and compliant, supporting a high-quality learning program, leading and developing our faculty, and building strong relationships with families. We're looking for a well-rounded leader who brings strength in some of these areas and a willingness to grow in the rest. What You'll Do Support curriculum quality through classroom observations and lesson plan reviews Collaborate with team to oversee daily school operations, budget, and facilities Maintain compliance with Florida licensing regulations Recruit, hire, train, and develop faculty, and manage staffing schedules Lead faculty meetings, performance reviews, and professional development Conduct tours, enroll new families, and help manage enrollment and billing Support marketing and community outreach efforts Build strong family relationships through communication, events, and parent meetings What You Bring Florida Director's Credential (required) CDA, AA, or BA in Early Childhood Education 2+ years of experience as a Director of a comparable preschool Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills A passion for early childhood education and for creating a great experience for children, families, and staff What We Offer Full-time position $50,000+ per year, plus a quarterly bonus structure Paid time off Health, dental, and vision insurance Tuition discount for staff children
