Ensures that the program or center meets state and federal guidelines.

Job Description:
The Assistant Director will play a key role in supporting the Director in the daily operations of our childcare facility. This position requires a blend of administrative expertise, sales acumen, and a nurturing approach to childcare. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and enrollment.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in managing the overall operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies.
- Foster a warm and nurturing environment for children, staff, and families.
- Lead and support staff in creating and implementing engaging educational programs.
- Manage enrollment processes, including tours, parent inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the facility and increase enrollment.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, addressing their concerns and providing regular updates on their child's progress.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating staff members.
- Coordinate with the Director to manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at all times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Associates, Diploma, TCC, or CDA degree in early childhood education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a childcare setting.
- Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing, with a proven ability to drive enrollment and retention.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Passionate about early childhood education and committed to providing high-quality care.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team with compassion and enthusiasm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and childcare management software.
