Skills Extensive experience in school administrative leadership within early childhood or K-12 education settings. Strong expertise in curriculum development tailored to childhood development stages. Proven ability in strategic planning, management of budgets, and fundraising activities. Demonstrated leadership in managing personnel, supervising staff, and evaluating faculty performance. Deep knowledge of educational compliance laws including special education law and childhood development regulations. Skilled in facilitating professional development for educators and managing school operations efficiently.
