Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Partner to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, particularly those requiring assistance with daily living activities. This position requires a strong commitment to fostering a safe and nurturing environment for seniors and individuals with memory care needs. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients. Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation. Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Support clients with mobility challenges, including assistance with transfers and ambulation. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers to develop personalized care plans. Experience Previous experience in senior care, home care, or long-term care settings is preferred. Familiarity with memory care techniques and approaches is a plus. Background in social work or related fields is advantageous. First aid certification is desirable but not mandatory; training may be provided.
