Director Job Summary:

Exciting leadership opportunity for an energetic, organized and inspiring educator to join us as our Director. This position allows you to mesh your experience in early childhood education and small business management with your communications and creative skills to guide a passionate team of child care professionals who make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families in our community every day. Job Responsibilities:

Effectively operates and manages all aspects of a child care school, to include human resources, customer relations, financial systems, quality control and facility management. Provides creative, age-appropriate programs to all children served at the academy. Actively develops and maintains positive customer/community relations. Maintains high capacity utilization and manages all resources effectively and within budget. Establishes strong working relationships with state licensing authorities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education State of Illinois Director-Certified Minimum of 5 years experience working in childcare industry, with at least 2 years in a Director or Assistant Director role
