This is a new, growing center with an involved owner. The Director will work closely with the owner and will primarily be responsible for daily operations and ensuring compliance with Louisiana Department of Education licensing requirements.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily center operations Maintain compliance with Louisiana childcare licensing requirements Supervise and support childcare staff Maintain required child and employee records Ensure appropriate staff-to-child ratios Assist with licensing inspections and documentation Communicate with parents and families Help establish procedures as the center opens and grows Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for children

Qualifications:

Must currently meet Louisiana Department of Education requirements to serve as Director of a licensed early learning center Early childhood/childcare experience required Director, assistant director, or childcare management experience preferred Dependable, organized and comfortable working closely with the owner

Pay:
