Bright Bear Academy is seeking a passionate, experienced, and dedicated Center Director to lead our new center in Andover, MA . This is an exciting opportunity for an early childhood professional who is committed to quality care, strong leadership, and building a thriving childcare program. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Massachusetts EEC regulations , experience managing a childcare center, and the ability to build a positive, professional team while driving enrollment and maintaining high standards of care.

EEC Qualification:
Must be EEC DII qualified Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the childcare center. Ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations, policies, and licensing requirements . Lead the opening and ongoing development of a successful new childcare center. Drive enrollment through community outreach, family engagement, and effective marketing initiatives. Recruit, hire, train, and retain qualified, high-quality EEC teachers and staff . Build and maintain a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment. Support staff development, performance, and ongoing professional growth. Maintain strong relationships with families and ensure excellent customer service. Monitor classroom quality, staffing, safety, and program standards. Manage center policies, procedures, documentation, and administrative responsibilities. Promote a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children. Qualifications EEC DII qualified in accordance with Massachusetts EEC requirements. Strong knowledge of Massachusetts EEC regulations and licensing standards . Previous childcare center leadership or management experience preferred. Experience with enrollment growth, staff recruitment, and employee retention . Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to quality care. Current First Aid and CPR certification . Must be BRC Suitable . Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
