Associate Attorney Rosen & Goyal, PC Andover, MA Job Details Full-time $90,000 - $110,000 a year 1 hour ago Qualifications Teamwork Law Doctor of Law (JD) Organizational skills General & commercial litigation Full Job Description Rosen & Goyal, P.C . is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our growing practice. Our firm represents small businesses and nonprofits, employers, and professionals throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire in matters involving employment law, business disputes, civil litigation, and healthcare law. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and writing skills, a commitment to client service, and experience handling matters through various stages of litigation and administrative proceedings. Responsibilities Represent clients in state and federal court litigation, as well as administrative proceedings (such as the Department of Unemployment Assistance, the Commission Against Discrimination, and the Division of Administrative Law Appeals). Handle matters involving employment law, healthcare law, professional licensing, and business disputes. Manage cases through all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, mediation, and trial preparation. Advise healthcare professionals regarding licensing, regulatory compliance, and disciplinary matters before state licensing boards. Counsel employers and small businesses on workplace, operational, and general business matters. Draft legal memoranda, motions, contracts, correspondence, and other litigation-related documents. Conduct legal research and develop strategic recommendations for clients. Participate in client meetings, court appearances, and administrative hearings. Desired Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Admission to practice in Massachusetts; New Hampshire admission is a plus. 2-5 years of litigation, employment, healthcare, administrative, or business law experience preferred. Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills Strong organizational skills and ability to independently manage matters while collaborating with a team. Experience appearing before administrative agencies or licensing boards is preferred. Interest in healthcare, regulatory, and employment law matters. Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Employment litigation and counseling. Healthcare regulatory and licensing matters.
