What You'll Do:

Manage day-to-day office operations, scheduling, and front desk flow Oversee insurance processing, billing, and team performance Foster a strong, patient-focused culture in the practice

What You Need:

Experience managing a dental office Solid understanding of insurance and dental software systems Leadership, organization, and communication skills
