Job Description
KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for St Peter Lutheran School to lead daily operations of our early childhood education program. The Site Director will oversee staff, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, manage enrollment and family relationships, and uphold KinderCare's high standards for curriculum and child development. This role includes budgeting, scheduling, performance management, and collaborating with school and KinderCare leadership.
