Your responsibilities will include:

Lead, coach and support your teaching and administrative team Create a positive, welcoming and accountable workplace culture Build meaningful relationships with children and families Oversee daily center operations, including staffing, scheduling and classroom support Maintain compliance with Minnesota child care licensing requirements, NAEYC standards, Parent Aware and CKA policies Partner with teachers and leadership to maintain high-quality curriculum and classroom experiences Recruit, onboard, develop and retain a strong team Conduct family tours, respond to prospective families and support enrollment growth Maintain strong communication with current and prospective families Ensure health, safety and supervision standards are consistently followed Manage center records, required trainings and other administrative responsibilities Partner with your Area Director and CKA leadership on center goals, challenges and opportunities for growth Who We're Looking For We're looking for a leader who genuinely enjoys working with people and understands that running a great child care center means supporting both children and the adults who care for them.

Qualified candidates should have:

Experience working in a licensed early childhood education program Previous leadership, supervisory or child care management experience Knowledge of Minnesota child care licensing requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organization, time-management and problem-solving skills Ability to coach, motivate and hold a team accountable Confidence communicating and building relationships with families Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy early childhood environment Lead Teacher qualifications under Minnesota licensing requirements This is a full-time leadership position based at our Elk River on 10 center.
