We are seeking 11 paraprofessionals to work with K-12 students in a Setting 4 program. The role spans from September 8, 2026, through December 7, 2026, with hours from 7:45 AM to 2:45 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Must meet Minnesotas Highly Qualified standards for paraprofessionals: Either pass the MN Para Educator Exam (attach score report), or Hold at least 60 college credits with official transcripts (transcripts requireddiplomas or degrees do not suffice) Previous experience working with children or in educational settings preferred Adaptable to the needs of students with diverse backgrounds and learning abilities Collaborative and able to work effectively with educators, service providers, and families Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily classroom and behavioral support to students in a Setting 4 environment Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities, material preparation, and individualized support Implement accommodations and modifications as directed by educational plans Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment Monitor student progress and document observations as needed
