Job Summary Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, Queen of Peace Center is looking for a Director of Nurturing Network to provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for its childcare center. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for children while maintaining compliance with all state licensing requirements and accreditation standards. The Director of Nurturing Network supervises staff, manages budgets, oversees curriculum implementation, and fosters strong relationships with families and community partners to support high-quality early childhood education and advance the organization's mission. Starting compensation is $48,000.
