Role:
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator (Certified Assisted Living Administrator (CALA)) to lead the Courtyard Adult Day Center (Medical) in Clinton, NJ. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of a licensed medical adult day center, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality care standards Supervise, mentor, and manage clinical and administrative staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment Develop and implement participant care plans in coordination with nursing, therapy, and social work teams Ensure compliance with NJ Department of Health regulations and all applicable state and federal guidelines Manage budgeting, billing, and financial reporting to support center sustainability and growth Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, community partners, and families Lead quality assurance initiatives and monitor program outcomes and participant satisfaction
Requirements:
Active Certified Assisted Living Administrator (CALA) license required Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, social work, or a related field (Master's preferred) Prior experience in adult day services, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting required Knowledge of NJ adult day center licensing regulations and Medicaid/managed care billing Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a medical or clinical environment Compassionate, patient-focused approach with a commitment to dignity and respect for all participants Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and standard office software
