In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with educational regulations, CACFP regulations, five star FOCUS requirements, NM PreK guidelines, and foster a nurturing environment that promotes childhood development. Your leadership will inspire staff, engage families, and uphold the highest standards of safety, education, and community involvement. Responsibilities Provide strong leadership and management to all center staff, including supervision, performance evaluations, and professional development facilitation in early childhood education. Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans aligned with best practices in childhood development and educational standards. Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance program quality, expand community outreach, and increase fundraising efforts to support center growth. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to early childhood education, licensing requirements, and legal standards such as special education law. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for children, staff, and families by promoting teamwork, communication, and community engagement. Manage school administrative functions including enrollment procedures, record keeping, safety protocols, and facility maintenance. Experience facilitating professional development for school staff and evaluating faculty performance.
