Responsibilities (Paste into Indeed) Provide confident, strategic leadership that strengthens daily operations and builds a culture of professionalism, safety, and excellence Ensure rigorous adherence to OCFS regulatory requirements , documentation standards, ratios, and safety protocols Lead enrollment growth through tours, parent engagement, community visibility, and timely processing of applications Oversee curriculum implementation, classroom quality, and developmentally appropriate practices across all age groups Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff to maintain a high‑performing, mission‑aligned team Establish and maintain strong relationships with families through clear communication, professionalism, and responsive support Manage center organization including scheduling, record‑keeping, compliance files, and operational systems Uphold Player 1 Academy's values by modeling integrity, empathy, accountability, and excellence Drive the center's operational relaunch , stabilizing systems, improving consistency, and elevating overall program quality Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related OCFS‑approved field Demonstrated proficiency in OCFS regulatory compliance , licensing standards, ratios, documentation, and safety procedures Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a licensed childcare or early learning environment Proven ability to manage enrollment, conduct tours, and communicate effectively with families Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach staff, resolve conflicts, and maintain professional culture Excellent organizational skills with the ability to build systems, structure, and consistency in a growing center Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining calm, clarity, and professionalism

Preferred:

Experience stabilizing or relaunching a childcare program, or leading a center through operational change

Pay:

$49,199.40 - $59,250.89 per year
