About us The Cleveland Center for Integrative Dentistry is a fee-for-service biological and holistic dental practice in Mayfield Village. We run a tight, tech-forward operation and need an Office Manager who keeps the floor running smoothly day to day while our COO focuses on broader practice strategy. The role You'll own the daily operations of the practice — staff scheduling and supervision, vendor and supply relationships, day-to-day financial tracking, and compliance recordkeeping — working closely with our COO to keep the office running efficiently. This role requires genuine comfort with technology and practice software; you'll often be the one solving a system issue or training staff on a new tool, not waiting for someone else to. What you'll do Supervise front office and support staff; manage schedules, coverage, and day-to-day performance Manage vendor relationships and supply ordering; track inventory and reorder points Monitor daily financial operations — deposits, expense tracking, and reporting to the COO Maintain compliance records (OSHA, HIPAA, licensure renewals, sterilization logs) and ensure the practice stays audit-ready Troubleshoot practice management software and other office technology; train staff on new tools and systems Serve as the point person for day-to-day operational challenges, escalating strategic decisions to the COO What we're looking for 2+ years in an office manager or practice manager role, dental or medical preferred Strong technology aptitude — comfortable learning new software quickly and supporting others through it Experience with payroll/HR administration and vendor management Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of running daily operations with minimal oversight Clear communicator who can work closely with leadership while managing staff independently Why join us A tech-forward, doctor-owned practice with real operational trust placed in this role Work directly with practice leadership on day-to-day decisions In-house dental care for your whole family — a benefit almost no employer offers
Pay:
$27.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
