What You'll Do As Preschool Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and success of your school, including: Lead, coach, develop, and inspire a team of early childhood educators Create a positive, professional, accountable, and high-energy school culture Ensure compliance with all state licensing requirements and company policies Maintain a safe, nurturing, organized, and high-quality learning environment Drive enrollment, family retention, staffing, and overall school performance Build meaningful relationships with children, families, staff, and the surrounding community Partner with company leadership to meet school goals and maintain operational excellence Take ownership of challenges and lead your team toward solutions What We're Looking For Our ideal Director is someone who leads from the front and understands that a successful school starts with strong leadership.

You bring:

Previous leadership experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting Strong knowledge of childcare licensing, compliance, and daily school operations Experience coaching, developing, and holding teams accountable Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities A proactive, solutions-driven mindset A passion for early childhood education and developing educators The ability to balance the needs of children, families, staff, and the business Compensation Competitive salary with earning potential up to $100,000 annually through base salary + performance bonuses.
