The Role Play a key role in bringing a brand-new ABA center to life. You will help establish and lead the day-to-day operations of the center, working alongside clinical leadership to build an organized, welcoming, and efficient environment for families, clients, and teammates. From getting systems and schedules in place to supporting the team as the center grows, you will have the unique opportunity to help shape the culture and operations of the center from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Manage client and staff schedules for optimal efficiency Oversee daily clinic operations and team coordination Serve as a primary point of contact for families and new client intake Support onboarding and team engagement Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and company standards Partner with leadership to drive operational excellence What You Bring Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Previous leadership experience preferred Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience in scheduling, operations, or office management (healthcare or ABA preferred) RBT certification (If you are not currently an RBT, we will help you get certified.)
