What You'll Do As Executive Director, you will oversee the overall success of the school while developing a leadership team capable of driving results.

You will:

Lead, coach, mentor, and develop teachers and management team members Create a positive, professional, accountable school culture Recruit, train, develop, and retain exceptional employees Drive enrollment and build strong relationships with prospective and current families Maintain high standards for customer service and family satisfaction Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, safety, and Primrose standards Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, and operational expenses Partner with the Curriculum and Admissions teams to achieve school goals Maintain high standards for classroom quality and implementation of the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach Build relationships within the local community Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable Identify challenges early and develop solutions rather than simply reacting to problems Who We're Looking For Our ideal Executive Director is a confident leader who understands that great schools are built by great teams.
