Job Overview Education and Experience:

Has minimum of 1-year experience as an Assistant Director or Lead Teacher in a licensed childcare center. Working on meeting the State Requirements for a State license as a School Director, preferably with a non-renewable certificate.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Supporting the overall day-to-day operations of Children's Lighthouse. Support policies, procedures, and systems to always ensure a safe and healthy environment in compliance with Children's Lighthouse and State standards. Participates responsibly in marketing and special events including open house, school events, etc. Supports change required for continual compliance, improvement, and success of the school. Recruits, hires, orients, trains, supervises, observes, and evaluates staff along with the School Director. Manages, supports, and follows budget in compliance with Franchisee guidelines. Represents Children's Lighthouse to public, community, parents, visitors, and staff with professionalism and integrity. Attends/participates in meetings and trainings as directed. Consistently follows through with all duties and responsibilities as assigned in a competent and timely manner. Day to day operations in compliance with the quality standards of Childrens Lighthouse. Assumes major responsibility for staff schedule, labor budget, and staff file compliance. Wise productive use of time. Able to accept and handle change. Accepts instruction and direction in appropriate manner. Able to work flexible hours between 6:00 am and 7:00 pm.

Strong effective, interpersonal skills Ability to use technology as required and used by Childrens Lighthouse. Participates in activities of professional and personal growth. Pay:

$14.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
