Team Lead / Office Aide

Legacy Kids Academy is looking for a dependable, energetic, and motivated Team Lead to support daily school operations and help lead our staff and classrooms. This position is ideal for someone with childcare experience who enjoys mentoring teachers, maintaining organization, and creating a positive environment for children and staff.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Director with daily school operations, including opening and closing duties Support, train, and mentor teachers and staff Step into classrooms as needed to maintain smooth operations Ensure classrooms and common areas remain clean, safe, and organized Creates fun and interactive learning experiences while serving as mentor to fellow teachers. Maintain attendance and required records accurately Help ensure licensing standards and company policies are followed Administer medication when needed Ability and willingness to drive a 14-passenger bus. Serve as a positive role model and professional leader within the center

Qualifications:

3 years minimum experience in a licensed childcare center

REQUIRED

CDA or degree in early childhood

REQUIRED

Leadership or management experience preferred Ability to supervise and train staff Must meet state childcare licensing requirements Must be dependable, organized, and professional Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed for child safety and classroom activities
