Childcare Center Director Mi Casa Child Centers is looking for a dependable, organized, and passionate leader to join our team as a Childcare Center Director. Our directors play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for our children, families, and staff. This is an hourly position, and previous childcare director experience is preferred. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the childcare center Lead, support, and supervise teachers and staff Build positive relationships with children and families Maintain staff schedules and classroom ratios Ensure the center follows all childcare licensing requirements Support enrollment and provide tours to prospective families Assist with staff training and professional development Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming center Manage multiple priorities while keeping the center organized Qualifications Must be able to meet Texas childcare director qualifications upon hire Previous childcare director or assistant director experience is preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience working in a licensed childcare center Ability to build and support a positive team Dependable, professional, and comfortable communicating with families Background in early childhood education, education, or a related field is preferred Position Details Full-time, hourly position Hourly rate based on experience and qualifications Work location: Mi Casa Child Center8875 Timber PathSan Antonio, TX 78250Interview LocationAll interviews will take place at our main location:
