Oversee daily center operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to all licensing, safety, and legal requirements related to early childhood education. Lead strategic planning initiatives to expand program offerings, improve quality metrics, and enhance community engagement through effective fundraising efforts. Develop and manage budgets efficiently as an executive education administrator, ensuring financial sustainability and resource allocation. Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff to stay current with best practices in childhood education and management. Maintain comprehensive records of compliance, licensing, personnel files, and educational assessments to ensure transparency and accountability. Requirements Proven experience as a School Administrative Director or equivalent leadership role within a child care or early childhood education setting. Extensive knowledge of childhood development principles, special education law, and early childhood curriculum development. Strong management skills with demonstrated success in supervising school staff and managing budgets at an executive level. Expertise in educational compliance, regulation understanding, and legal aspects relevant to child care centers. Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in strategic planning, team leadership, and faculty evaluation. Excellent communication skills suitable for public speaking, community outreach, and stakeholder engagement. Classroom experience in early childhood or K-12 settings is highly desirable; familiarity with classroom instruction enhances leadership effectiveness.
