ABC Great Beginnings is seeking a strong leader to join our elite team of managers, who run our childcare center. The Weekend Manager is responsible for managing the operations of the center, including but not limited to: Supervise the program on an ongoing basis in all classrooms. Recruiting and training of teachers and other staff, and providing continued professional development. Manage all staff and schedules to ensure enrollment and attendance coverage. Recruit families who need care and maintain the maximum enrollment. Confer with any parent on policies and procedures, and any concerns. Assure that all licensing standards are being upheld.

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of CDA, NAC, or equivalent, and 3 years in early childhood education, and required courses for the Bureau of Child Care Licensing. Professionalism, sufficient maturity, and sound judgment are required to function in crises. Sensitivity to individual and group needs of children. Ability to supervise and create an atmosphere of positive and appropriate discipline for staff and children. Ability to communicate with parents effectively. Must be at least 18 years old. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
