, We are looking for an experienced, professional, and competent individual who is passionate about early childhood education to join our team! This person will serve as a positive role model, calm and active supervisor and overall kind and considerate professional. Candidate should be immediately available to begin training and onboarding. You will supervise all aspects of operations, maintain excellent safety protocols, adhere to all compliance expectations and enroll as necessary. Staff recruiting, hiring and training are essential but the ability to lead a team will make you successful! A natural strength of work well with others, maintaining confidentiality and retaining staff is essential. Our directors partner with families and work closely with leadership and other directors.

Qualifications:

Experience hiring, training and hands on management of a team of 15 or more Professionalism, kindness, and willingness to work with many different personalities At least 3 years of experience in management- preferably in an early childhood setting Ability to manage staff schedules, classroom routines and curriculum and maintain excellent licensing compliance Procare, Intellikid, Tadpoles, Microsoft Office, Zoom experience a plus History of commitment and loyalty to previous employers, particularly in the field of early childhood education or similar fields Strong communication skills- can you go the extra mile with a multi-generational staff and anxious parents? Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently as well as with a team. Capable of giving and receiving feedback positively. Flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends for events and meetings Opportunities for professional development including traveling to conferences and other education opportunities. We want you to learn and grow! Salary is based on experience and education, but typically starts at $21-23/hour. If you have over 10 years of experience as a preschool director, compensation will be considerably higher, especially if you are successful within three months. Core Values are very important to us.
