This dynamic role involves overseeing daily operations, fostering a nurturing environment for young learners, and ensuring the highest standards of educational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, innovative curriculum development skills, and a deep commitment to childhood development. As a key leader, you will inspire staff, engage with families, and uphold compliance with educational regulations to create a vibrant community where children thrive. Duties Provide strategic leadership to the preschool, setting clear goals aligned with educational best practices and community needs Develop and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate curricula that support early childhood learning and growth Supervise school staff, including teachers and administrative personnel, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial sustainability while supporting program quality and staff development Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff to enhance instructional skills and stay current with early childhood education trends Oversee compliance with all relevant legal requirements, safety standards, and educational regulations including special education law Lead fundraising initiatives to support program expansion, facility improvements, and community engagement efforts Conduct faculty evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and promote instructional leadership across the school Requirements Extensive experience in school administration or as a school director within early childhood or K-12 settings Proven expertise in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and educational compliance Strong management skills with experience supervising school staff and managing personnel effectively Knowledge of school legal frameworks, including special education law and childhood development regulations Demonstrated success in strategic planning, budgeting, and managing resources as an executive education administrator Excellent communication skills for public speaking, community engagement, and team leadership Background in early childhood education or preschool teaching with classroom experience preferred Ability to facilitate professional development sessions and foster a positive learning environment for children and staff alike Demonstrated experience supporting the vision and mission of a local church Join us to lead a vibrant preschool community dedicated to nurturing young minds through innovative education strategies.
