Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily center operations, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and safety standards. Manage staff schedules, provide coaching on classroom management, behavior management, and caregiving best practices. Foster strong communication with parents and guardians through regular updates, meetings, and responsive support. Ensure all staff are trained in first aid, pediatric first aid, CPR, mandated reporting laws, and other essential safety protocols.
