Full Job Description TITLE:
Manager, Infusion and Immunotherapy Center
JOB OVERVIEW
The Manager of Infusion and Immunotherapy Center is responsible for the administrative direction and management, strategic planning and growth, financial planning and budgeting, physician engagement, human resources management, and service excellence for Infusion Center under the umbrella of the Cancer Service line.

M-F | May have the option of working remote one day per week after fully onboarded and acclimated
REPORTS TO
Director of Cancer Service Line
PREREQUISITES
Current Washington State RN licensure is required. Bachelor's degree required, preferably Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or other relevant field. Master's degree preferred. Current Certification as OCN, AOCNP, or AOCNS preferred. Minimum five (5) years' experience in Oncology or other relevant healthcare operations experience, required. Minimum of three (3) years management experience required. Experience managing in a union environment and/or working within collective bargaining agreements, including application of contract provisions preferred. Knowledge of fiscal management systems and techniques. Experience in human resource management practices including supervision and staff development. Skill in analyzing financial data and preparing appropriate related reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to comprehend, execute and act within scope of practice. Skills in analyzing financial data and preparing appropriate related reports. Knowledge of fiscal management systems and techniques. Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form. Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills in a diverse population. Able to deal with a variety of personnel, financial and non-financial, management and staff. Requires sound, independent judgment, initiative, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
