Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Child Care Center to lead and oversee all aspects of our early childhood education facility. Manage the center's budget effectively by planning financial strategies, controlling expenses, and overseeing resource allocation to support program quality and sustainability. Lead, supervise, and evaluate school staff including teachers, administrative personnel, and support staff; facilitate professional development initiatives focused on instructional leadership, classroom management, special education law, and childhood development. Develop and execute strategic plans for program growth, community engagement, fundraising efforts, and partnership building to enhance the center's reputation and reach. Ensure legal compliance by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of education laws including special education law, licensing requirements, health & safety regulations, and educational policies. Facilitate faculty evaluation processes while promoting a culture of continuous improvement through coaching, feedback sessions, and professional development facilitation in schools. Lead school administrative functions such as enrollment management, parent communication strategies, classroom oversight, and staff scheduling. Promote a positive work environment by supervising school staff effectively while fostering teamwork, motivation, and high morale. Represent the center at community events; serve as a public speaker to advocate for early childhood education initiatives. Experience Proven senior leadership experience in managing early childhood or K-12 educational settings with demonstrated success in strategic planning and operations management. Extensive background in curriculum development tailored for early childhood education programs; experience with instructional leadership in education environments. Strong management skills with experience supervising diverse teams of educators and administrative personnel; expertise in personnel management within educational settings. Knowledge of educational compliance standards including childhood development regulations, special education law, school legal knowledge, and licensing requirements. Demonstrated success in managing budgets as an executive education administrator; experience with managing funds for school programs or similar organizations. Experience facilitating professional development for educators; skilled in faculty evaluation processes to enhance instructional quality. Background working with students across early childhood or K-12 levels; familiarity with classroom experience that informs effective leadership decisions.
