Summit Golf Brands is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our growing team. This full-time, entry-level role is perfect for someone who takes pride in accuracy and enjoys hands-on work. No prior experience is required, we provide full training! As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you'll help ensure that every garment we ship meets the high standards our customers expect.

What You Will Do:

Inspect incoming shipments to verify garment quality - measuring pieces and checking for stitching issues, stains, missing components, branding accuracy, and more. Collaborate with the QA Manager to set daily priorities and workflow. Assist with the inspection and processing of refurbished and returned products. Support daily QA operations and documentation. Participate in ongoing process improvements within the department. Jump in to support additional projects or departments when needed.

What Makes You A Great Fit:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 lbs consistently. Preferred (But Not Required): Experience in Quality Assurance or garment inspection. Background in the apparel or manufacturing industry. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
