Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Worker to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Duties Supervise and interact with children during play, learning activities, meal times, and rest periods to ensure safety and engagement Implement age-appropriate child development instruction that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment in accordance with health and safety standards Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and daily activities Assist with diapering, feeding, and basic infant care as needed for younger children in the nursery Follow mandated reporting laws by recognizing signs of abuse or neglect and reporting concerns promptly Support classroom management by implementing behavior management strategies that encourage positive interactions Experience Previous experience working with children in daycare centers, preschools, or similar settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is a plus Certification in pediatric first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications such as first aid or child safety training are advantageous Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members Classroom experience involving child supervision, behavior management, and activity planning Familiarity with daycare center operations, toddler care routines, and early childhood curriculum implementation Join us to inspire young minds through compassionate care!
