Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, nurturing, and faith-filled Christian Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate environment for young children while modeling Christian values and integrating Biblical principles into daily activities. This role plays a vital part in shaping the spiritual and educational foundation of our children.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that support social, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual development.
  • Integrate Bible stories, songs, prayer, and Christian values into daily routines and curriculum.
  • Create a welcoming, safe, and structured environment that reflects Christ-centered love and care.
  • Supervise and ensure the safety of all children at all times.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff through regular communication and Christian fellowship.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development as required.
  • Follow all state childcare regulations and center policies.
Qualifications :
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Patience, flexibility, and a heart for ministry and service
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$11.00 - $13.00 per hour
