Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
• Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
• Monitor children's behavior and address any disciplinary issues using positive reinforcement techniques
• Communicate with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
• Maintain a clean and organized childcare area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children, such as nannying, daycare, or preschool experience is good, but

NOT REQUIRED

• Familiarity with first aid procedures and infant care, must be CPR certified within 30 days of hire
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for children
• Classroom management skills are a plus
