Job Description
Full-Time Preschool Teacher (Substitute/Floater) Learn & Play Enrichment Academy is seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Full-Time Preschool Teacher (Substitute/Floater) to join our team. This position works with children ranging from newborn through Pre-K, providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment while supporting classrooms throughout the academy. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $15.00+/hour (based on education and experience) Up to 12 paid days off annually 9 paid holidays Quarterly bonus opportunities Paid Early Childhood Education training Paid Conscious Discipline training Monday-Friday schedule (No weekends) Responsibilities Support classrooms with children from newborn through Pre-K Foster a safe, loving, and engaging learning environment Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers Follow classroom routines while maintaining flexibility to work where needed Encourage children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or GED required Must be highly dependable and have excellent attendance Must pass required drug screening and background check Ability to lift, bend, stand, and actively engage with young children throughout the day Previous childcare experience or early childhood education is preferred but not required About Learn & Play Enrichment Academy Learn & Play Enrichment Academy is a nonprofit, faith-centered early childhood education program committed to providing exceptional care and quality education while teaching children the love of Jesus.
