```Duties```

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for infants
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging educational experiences
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress
• Ensure the health and safety of all children in the classroom
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Monitor and assess each child's development and provide feedback to parents/guardians ```Skills```
• Experience working with students in an educational setting, preferably in early childhood education
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
• First aid and CPR certification preferred
• Experience with infant care is a plus
• Strong classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment
• Previous experience in nannying, childcare, or babysitting is beneficial
• Ability to connect with and engage children of various ages and backgrounds
• Knowledge of special education strategies for supporting children with diverse learning needs
