```Duties```
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for infants
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging educational experiences
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress
- Ensure the health and safety of all children in the classroom
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor and assess each child's development and provide feedback to parents/guardians ```Skills```
- Experience working with students in an educational setting, preferably in early childhood education
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Experience with infant care is a plus
- Strong classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment
- Previous experience in nannying, childcare, or babysitting is beneficial
- Ability to connect with and engage children of various ages and backgrounds
- Knowledge of special education strategies for supporting children with diverse learning needs
