The Goddard School in Cave Creek, is an early childhood education school and offers a renowned program with a Piaget (play-based learning) foundation. The focus of our program is to provide a life-long love of learning. Due to our growing enrollment, we are in need of highly qualified childhood educators who are able to use their creativity and the Goddard Developmental Guidelines as the basis for unique lesson plans, brought to life in a fun and imaginative way. DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

All teachers work together on the following: ~ Developing and implementing lesson plans ~ Designing an appropriate room arrangement to support the goals and developmental level of the children in the classroom ~ Planning and implementing activities that develop self-esteem and social skills ~ Communicating appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow faculty ~ Meeting Goddard Quality Assurance and Arizona state requirements ~ Resource Teachers will assist in various classrooms

Teacher Qualifications

• Prior classroom experience (Infant, Toddler or Preschool)
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
• Strong written and communication skills

Each teacher's growth plan will be supported with regular follow up from the leadership team, training opportunities, and mentorship from either the directors or fellow co-teachers. The Goddard School Cave Creek has been open since August 2009 and most of our amazing core staff of teachers and directors have been helping our local children for over 14 years.
