Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and foster a nurturing, engaging classroom environment. As a vital member of our early childhood education team, you will lead classroom activities, develop age-appropriate curricula, and support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development. Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies and effective behavior management techniques. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity and exploration Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws, health and safety regulations, including first aid and CPR certifications. Skills Extensive experience working with children in early childhood settings, including preschool or daycare environments. Strong knowledge of child development principles, childhood education best practices, and curriculum development. Proficiency in classroom management techniques to create an organized learning environment. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and community partners. Skilled in lesson planning that incorporates diverse activities such as physical education, math concepts, and standardized testing preparations for young learners. First aid and CPR certification to ensure emergency preparedness at all times. Knowledge of behavior management strategies to support positive social interactions among children.
