Cactus Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85032 Start Early. Finish Early. Make a Difference All Day. Are you an early riser who loves working with babies and young children? Creative Center for Early Learning is looking for a caring, dependable Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team and help open our center each morning. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys an early 6:30 a.m. start, building close relationships with children and families, and being part of a supportive early childhood team. What You'll Do As an Infant/Toddler Teacher, you'll spend most of your time caring for and engaging with our infants while also providing support in our toddler classroom as needed. You'll help: Provide nurturing, responsive care for infants and toddlers Welcome children and families as they arrive in the morning Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment Support feeding, diapering, naps, and daily care routines Plan and participate in age-appropriate learning activities Encourage children's social, emotional, physical, and developmental growth Communicate with families about their child's day Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom Work collaboratively with other teachers and classrooms Assist in the toddler classroom when needed Schedule Opening shift beginning at 6:30 a.m. If you're someone who would rather start your workday early and have more of your afternoon and evening available, this schedule could be a great fit. Because this is an opening position, dependability and consistent 6:30 a.m. availability are especially important. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Warm, patient, dependable, and genuinely enjoys working with young children Comfortable caring for infants and toddlers Able to consistently arrive for an early opening shift A strong communicator with families and coworkers Flexible and willing to support more than one classroom Interested in being part of a collaborative early childhood education team Previous experience working with infants, toddlers, preschool children, daycare, childcare, early learning, or early childhood education is strongly preferred.
