(4-YEAR-OLDS) Gethsemane Christian Academy - Tempe, AZ Gethsemane Christian Academy is seeking a caring, creative, and faith-driven bilingual Lead Preschool Teacher to nurture and educate young learners in a Christ-centered environment. The ideal candidate will lead our 4-year-old classroom.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a 4-year-old classroom , implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities Track student progress and communicate with parents about language development Plan and implement lessons aligned with the Arizona Early Learning Standards Create a nurturing, Christ-centered learning environment Foster positive behavior and establish consistent classroom routines Maintain open, supportive communication with parents and colleagues (in English and Spanish as needed) Participate in school and church community events and activities
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (or actively pursuing one) preferred Previous experience working with preschool-aged children and/or teaching language to young children preferred Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Agreement with Gethsemane's Statement of Faith and Mission

$17-$23 per hour, based on education, experience, and bilingual proficiency
